Works as advertised.

Cinch does what it says it will do with no fuss. I use it constantly on Yosemite with a 24” LG, and don’t even think it is not part of the OS (which it should be!). Work on the left; movie on the right. ;-) Requires Accessibility.

I work a lot on iOS, so it seem a little pricey at $7; but, for some reasons, Mac apps are all expensive.
