OS X 10.9 optimization missing

Hey guys. Needless to say that the App is great and a seriously helpful.

But I experienced some problems on OS X 10.9. When Cinch.app runs the Finder.app has a CPU utilization of 50 to 60%. Could you guys fix this, please.
